BreadTruth is designed to respect your privacy. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data through the core salary calculator tool. All input values are processed entirely within your web browser and never leave your device.
BreadTruth itself does not collect, store, or have access to any of the following:
- Your name, email address, or any contact information;
- Any salary figures, league selections, or team selections you enter into the calculator;
- Your IP address or device fingerprint;
- Any browsing history or behavioral data.
When you choose to purchase a Pro subscription, you will be directed to a secure checkout page hosted by our third-party payment processor, Paddle. Paddle collects personal information necessary to process your transaction, which may include:
- Email address (to send your payment receipt and subscription management link);
- Payment card details or PayPal account information;
- Billing country and ZIP/postal code (for tax calculation purposes).
Paddle's collection and use of your personal data is governed by Paddle's own privacy policy. We encourage you to review Paddle's privacy policy before completing your purchase. BreadTruth does not receive or store your full payment card details.
This website does not deploy any cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting technologies. There is no user account system on BreadTruth, and no mechanism to log in or create a profile. The checkout page hosted by Paddle may use session cookies necessary for the technical functioning of the payment process.
BreadTruth uses Paddle as its sole third-party service provider, for the limited purpose of processing Pro subscription payments. No other third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, social media trackers, or data brokers are integrated on this website. With the sole exception of the transaction data processed by Paddle as described above, no information is shared with, sold to, or accessible by any external party.
All payment transactions are processed by Paddle over encrypted TLS (Transport Layer Security) connections. Paddle is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of security certification available in the payment card industry. As BreadTruth does not collect or store your data, there is no BreadTruth database that could be breached.
BreadTruth is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data through our payment processor, we will take steps to have such information deleted from Paddle's records.
If you are accessing BreadTruth from outside the United States, please be aware that any data processed by Paddle may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions. Paddle's privacy practices are designed to comply with applicable data protection laws.
As BreadTruth itself does not collect or store your personal data, there is no user profile for you to access, export, rectify, or delete on our side. If you wish to exercise your data subject rights (including under the GDPR, CCPA, or similar legislation) with respect to data held by Paddle, please contact Paddle directly.
