BreadTruth provides a free online tool that estimates a professional athlete's net income after standard deductions. The tool uses publicly available tax rates and league rules to generate an illustrative breakdown.
BreadTruth offers an optional Pro subscription priced at $39.90 USD per year. Subscriptions automatically renew each year unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All Pro features are unlocked immediately upon successful payment.
All payments for the Pro subscription are processed by Paddle, an independent third-party payment platform. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that your payment transaction is subject to Paddle's own terms of service and privacy policy. BreadTruth does not store, transmit, or have access to your full payment card details. Any payment-related inquiries, including billing issues or chargebacks, should be directed to Paddle in the first instance.
All sales of the Pro subscription are final. Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate access granted to all Pro features upon payment, no refunds are provided. Users are required to explicitly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy before completing any purchase. For full details, please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy page.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the billing management link included in the payment confirmation email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for mid-period cancellations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BreadTruth is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the estimates provided, and expressly disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall the operator of BreadTruth be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, tax penalties, or any other financial losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use this website or the Pro subscription, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
All content, including the calculator tool, design, text, and underlying code, is the property of BreadTruth unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be resolved exclusively in the competent state or federal courts located in Delaware. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, via a notice on the website.
